The Ox Ridge Hunt Club - Horse Show room block has been loaded and is available for booking until the cutoff date of 5/23/2016 or the block has been filled, whichever occurs first. As of the cutoff date your block will be closed and any rooms that have not been reserved will be released. To book online follow these steps: Go to: www.norwalk.doubletree.com Enter your check in & check out dates, click Go Click on Add Special Rate codes and enter Group Code: OHC Continue to follow prompts to complete reservation & record your confirmation number. Reservations can also be made by calling (800) 492-7148, and requesting the group: Ox Ridge Hunt Club - Horse Show. To see who has booked within the block, go to www.hilton.com/glm. You will need to create a Hilton honors account, if you do not already have one. You may also need the following information: Hotel property code: ORQDTDT Group Name: Ox Ridge Hunt Club - Horse Show Group Code: OHC Check-in: 13 Jun-2016 Check-out: 20 Jun-2016 (Rooms have been blocked per your room agreement.
