Our extensive indoor and outdoor facilities represent some of the finest in Fairfield County. The Club is situated on 21 acres, consists of the beautiful front field that is used for a variety of riding activities through the summer. The field provides the premier setting for our June Show A rated 3 Star competition. In addition, the field is used on a regular basis by members for instruction, horse show and pleasure riding.
The Club has two outdoor rings, one of which is 180 x 280, future ring to be 150 x 250 with footing and dseign by Lawton Adams Construction; First Footing. Our existing indoor arena is 200 x 100 that has been renivated for one last season, our new indoor arena is planned to be 130 x 250 with seating and viewing area. The stabling accommodates which are all being renovated for 50 horses includes: an outdoor wash area, an indoor heated wash room for 3 horses at a time, and several tack rooms with grooming stalls. In respect to fire concerns, the feed room is separated by fire walls, fire extinguishers are located throughout the facility, as well as an electronic heat detection system monitored by a professional service. The Club also maintains the services of a night watch to help insure the utmost in care of the horses each evening. The stables have access to twelve turnout areas that are all independent of each other.
The Clubhouse accommodates are being totally rebuilt to include 6 squash single courts, 2 double courts, a 1600 square foot gym, locker rooms, offices and members pubroom for drinks and casual dining. The clubhouse w and event space will be available for weddings and special events.
