Suzanne Fisher Assistant Trainer
Suzanne is a fourth-generation horsewoman and owner of Tashua Farm. As a junior rider, she trained with Tim Kees and Beacon Hill Show Stables. She qualified and successfully competed in all major equitation finals. She has an especially well-rounded background in training, riding and showing green horses. Suzanne has trained riders at various levels to qualify for year end finals and has had year-end USEF champions.
Ruth Nicodemus Assistant Trainer
Ruth Nicodemus began riding at the age of nine and quickly took an interest in horse showing. Through her junior years she was successful in the jumpers and the equitation divisions, qualifying for several equitation finals. At the age of eighteen, Ruth became a professional trainer, and since then, has trained numerous students who have had very successful riding careers. Her students have placed in year end finals such as CHJA pony medal, CHJA children’s, adult, masters medal, NEHC medal (junior and adult), M & S hunter and Medal finals, ARIAT, Zone II hunter finals at Harrisburg, ASPCA Maclay Regionals, USEF Medal finals, and the Washington International horse show to name a few.
Sherry Gagliardi Barn Manager
Sherry grew up in North Salem, NY and started riding when she was five years old. She has worked with many top horsemen including Scott Stewart here at Ox Ridge Hunt Club in the 1990’s where Sherry acted as Assistant Barn Manager and full-time show groom. She worked at Cedar Lodge Farm for Ray Maloney, at Fox Hill Farm for Jane Grenci, as well as at Beval Saddlery from 1993 to 2006. Sherry has also studied Animal and Equine Husbandry at SUNY Cobleskill.
